Yup, real life is kicking. And, oh, I’d SO love to kick back. Unfortunately, it might hurt me more.
How can I explain it… it’s not like I’m ill or dead or someone else is… it’s just a mass of small things that keeps distracting and frustrating me. One thing is our house, it’s almost finished and I’ll move in there in a few months – I guess. But the last things that are missing are a pain in the a***. Believe me. -.- Papering the rooms, setting up the kitchen… a lot of that stuff is simply frustrating because we did all the building ourselves, so some things don’t work as well as they should. Not to mention that my parents both aren’t young anymore and I feel so immensely bad if I don’t help them as much as I can – one part of the house is for me after all!
Then there’s the impending doom that is my job, we have a new dog that needs our full attention, I’m still caught up with modding and I DO like to have some free time in between.
I don’t want to throw a pity-party or anything, I just want to provide an explanation why I haven’t been here… I have neglected a lot of other things and many of my friends but I just can’t find the motivation to do everything. Things are a lot better now and I’ll try to pull myself together a bit more. And of course try to comment and answer comments... the number at the top of the page is scaring me...
Apart from that… world’s still standing, the secret plan to world domination still moves… and the weather is nice. ^^ How is everyone else?
